Groups reserving 10 or more rooms will receive a 10% discount subject to confirmation.  Please contact us for group reservations.

Horse Corrals $10/horse first night, $8/night additional nights, you feed and clean, free trailer parking

Are You a First Responder or Active Duty Military? We want to give all law enforcement personnel, firemen, EMT's, and active duty military members a 20% discount on your entire stay to say Thank You for helping to keep us safe! (Please show ID at checkin)

Due to limited cleaning hours during check-in /check-out . We do adhere to a strict check-in/check-out policy.
Check-In Time is 3:00pm
Check-Out Time is 11:00am

Office hours: 7am to 10pm. If you will be arriving after 10pm please call our office on the day of arrival  to arrange for a late night check-in. If you fail to contact office for late night check-in arrangments and do not show up your reservation will be deemed a NO SHOW and cancelled at 10pm and charged accordingly.

All of our rooms are Non-Smoking. No candles or open flames allowed in rooms.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment Methods:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
Guests may pay with cash upon check-in, however a credit card hold will be necessary until check-out. If you do not have a credit card, we will accept a $250 cash security deposit to be paid at check in. After you have been checked out and your room has been cleaned, a check will be mailed to you for the balance after adjustment for any loss or damage. We do not accept any checks and we do not cash travelers checks.

Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Standard Reservation for Weekdays ,2-Day Weekends,Holiday/Special Events: You must cancel your reservation not later than noon, 3 days prior to your check-in date or you will be charged 50% cancellation fee, if you cancel the day of arrival and for NO-SHOW there is a 100% cancellation fee.

Reservations for Group Bookings Receiving a Special Rate: We require a 50% non refundable deposit with balance being paid in full 14 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation or change in number of rooms must be made no later than noon, 14 days prior to your check-in date to avoid cancellation charges.

We understand that emergencies arise. We will consider exigent circumstances with the sole remedy being a credit towards a future stay.

Pet Policy:
We can accommocate pets traveling with guests in designated rooms, please check with the property to reserve a pet room. An additional fee applies. Guests traveling with horses can keep them in our corrals for an additional charge.

Please clean up after your pet.Pet bags are available at front desk.

When walking pets on the property, THEY MUST BE ON LEASH AND UNDER CONTROL AT ALL TIMES.

Pets may NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN ROOMS OR VEHICLES. If found in rooms or vehicles unattended you will be asked to vacate premises without refund and charged up to a $250.00 fee for leaving pet unattended on premises.

If management discovers an undeclared pet staying in a non-pet friendly room, there will be a non refundable fee of up to $250.00 charged  to credit card on file and you will be asked to vacate the premises.

Amimals that pose a health or safety risk may not remain on site. Including those that in our managements discretion are too numorous for any one room, cause damage to our property or that of other guests, are to disruptive, are not properly attended,or demonstrate undue aggression.

Limit of 2 pets per room.
